 Let me set the record straight: I absolutely love Carrie
Underwood. Her music, her public image, everything. Except 99% of what she wears (the dress, at right, was one exception last night.) Why does such a hot young star make so many bad fashion choices (um, OK, rhetorical. I blame her stylist)?
The Country Music Awards red carpet is not usually so star-studded (Gwyneth Paltrow, Leighton Meester, Katherine Heigl) with Hollywood types, but it does have some
impressive country dressers nonetheless (LeAnn Rimes and Taylor Swift are often flawless.) See which stars I thought hit the nail on the head and which stars could've done much, much better. (Photo Credit: Rick Diamond/Getty Images)
